From raw sheet to your dock.

Four stages. Every step documented. No black boxes between your drawing and your gasket.

Stack of industrial gasket sheet materials — nitrile, PTFE, and compressed fiber sheets on inspection table
Stage 01Raw Material

01 / Raw Material

Material selection starts with the spec sheet, not the shelf.

Every job begins with a material review. Nitrile for oil resistance. PTFE for chemical inertness. Compressed non-asbestos fiber for high-temperature flanges. Graphite-reinforced aramid where both apply. We stock 40+ certified sheet materials and source to order within 48 hours.

Stage 02Cutting Operation

02 / Cutting Operation

The machine holds thousandths. The operator holds nothing back.

CNC die-cutting for high-volume runs. Waterjet for complex geometries, large-format sheets, and materials that can't tolerate heat. Both processes run 24/7 with automated nesting to minimize material waste. DXF files go straight to the cutting head — no redraw, no interpretation error.

Stage 03QC Measurement

03 / QC Measurement

Digital calipers on every gasket. Certificates on every order.

Every gasket is dimensionally verified against the original drawing. Critical dimensions — bolt circle, ID, OD, thickness — are logged digitally. First-article inspection reports ship with every new part number. Lot traceability is maintained from raw material cert to finished goods.

Stage 04Packaging & Dispatch

04 / Packaging & Dispatch

Vacuum-sealed, labeled, and on a truck before your shift starts.

Gaskets are vacuum-sealed in moisture-barrier poly, labeled with part number, lot, material cert reference, and inspection stamp. Emergency orders ship same-day via overnight freight. Standard orders ship within 3 business days. Tracking confirmation hits your inbox the moment the pallet leaves the dock.
